Passing through a neighbourhood in Berlin I noticed a poster for a theatre company in the city with this image. I just think it's wonderful image for their play Cassandra or Songs of the Canaries.

Don't think I'm crazy but I know I'm not sane is my exhibition that is thinking about how to not lose your humanity or sense of optimism when our societies are so divided and our tribal itch is being scratched. I just loved the statement on the placard in their poster. I think it sums up my feelings far better than these words can.

My experience of Europe over the last 15 years is that the vulnerable people in our communities have been isolated and turned on. Blamed for problems not of their making , and certainly their removal would not solve these problems. However it is one thing to know what you are against but I think it's far more important to know what you stand for. Don't get seduced by the Apocalypse is what I stand for.
